Let’s start with these beautiful Christian Siriano Shoes from Project Runway. Emily purchased these shoes from Payless in midtown NY where she almost had to physically fight another customer for them.

” I think these are beautifully made.  They were made in China and the craftmanship is wonderful”, exclaims Emily

The following shoes come from Irregular Choice Footwear. Em feels the designer is a genius.  She describes the designs as “whimsical and fashion forward”.

Emily feels that United Nude “pushed the envelope with these shoes.  The shoes are sold with a flip book that explains how the shoes were made….Genius!”

“John Fluevog’s work is masterful.  These shoes are made in Canada.  These shoes show that the designer is not afraid to introduce shapes that are out of the norm. His shoes are trailblazers. He leads the way in style.”

While I was going through Emily’s collection I came a cross these Alexander McQueen’s, which happen to be my absolute favorite. I simply love the spurs!

Arent’ these children’s “horse” shoes the cutest?!?!?! These shoes were designed and created by Emily! “My shoes were inspired by the 1950′s. A child’s rocking horse under the Christmas tree, old fashioned pajamas that were worn by boys and girls, and wallpaper with children’s nursery rhymes….aaah the 1950′s”

“Shoes are fantasy….they allow us to escape.  The implulse buy for us is like a fast trip to Italy or France. For a few seconds we are in those exotic places and we see this through our shoes.’  Emily Putterman Handler.
